Building our home - Part 8 (Reno begins!)

Building our home - Part 7 (Selecting materials)
Today we meet our ID Matty to do some shopping, selected our tiles, lightings and ceiling fans... .. .
The tiles that we have selected is damn gorgeous man! (at least in my own opinion lah)
No pics for now, everything will be revealed when the reno completes... .. .

Building our home - Part 6 (Key collection & Door opening)
After years of waiting, finally we're proud owner of our home sweet home!
Key collection appt at 1:10pm and after collecting our keys we went down straight to open door... .. .
When we open door, we threw salt rice and tea leaves in, waited for 5mins then open door again then DW, dad and i threw in 1 pineapple each and shouted "HUAT ARH"!!!! LOL (it was fun man)
While surveying our new house, i have arranged the sales person from Legate (invisible grille) came over as well to take the measurement for my windows and our ID Matty came over as well to take a look.
After all is done, dad drove ah gong, DW & DS back while i go down to Yiu Rong Zie Geomancy Consultation Centre to select a good date for moving in, was given a list of dates from end july up to mid sep to move in... the master say it's even ok to move in during the lunar 7th month...

Building our home - Part 5 (3D drawing)
Today we get to see the 3D drawings design of our home sweet home... .. .
Went down to MIL's place and left DS there while we visit our ID which is just 15mins walk away.
Some of the details are yet to finalise, will further discuss and finalise after we collect our keys this coming wednesday... .. .
now we're looking forward to our key collection appointment on 9 june 2010 wednesday at 1:10pm!
we'll probably move into our home sweet home either by early august or september... .. .
