Building our home - Part 2 (ID)

Finally we found an ID that we can connect and meet our expectations...

Matty is our designer from iBridge Rhiss Design Pte Ltd. She has been with iBridge since the beginning till now... .. . If ya keen to get a quote from her, call her at 93386203... Tell her ya recommended by Sam from 2D Geylang Serai and she'll give ya a good price.

Matty is very proactive and gives good ideas and not afraid of offending ya by telling ya your idea might not be good as usually alot of them just do what ya want to please ya.

She's sensitive to details such as having an old folk at home, kids and dog at home, she'll advice according to your lifestyle as well.

Most importantly she listens to us and propose great ideas for us to consider and the overall service satisfaction level is there. She's quite efficient as well. Prior to this ID, i have also gotton a lot of quotes and the price is around there also...

She even came over to our hse for the 1st meeting as it's more convenient for us to discuss at home as my 15mths rascal is a tough nut to crack when going out...

Overall, price is pretty good and we like her service attitude and ideas... .. !

Building our home - Part 1 (HLE letter)

Finally we received the HLE letter last week, tmr we're going to HDB to submit the application form and to check some stuffs too...

I guess likelihood we'll be receiving our keys by mid-jun, and now we're shopping like mad for a super good ID that can give us gd design vs price, furnitures, aircon, parquet flooring, etc... .. . Today we have decided on a parquet supplier and paid deposit for our aircon... 

Here's the list of damage to date:

1. Sea Horse mattress for Dad - $1119 (before discount)

2. Mitsubishi Electric Inverter System 3 - $2800 (with freebies and extended warranty)

3. Parquet flooring for 3 bedrooms - $3600 (with additional timber strip on MBR window ledge)

Show Off Skills

Let's see what Alaric our little rascal can do now... .. .

Kids tend to have some new skills to show off and the skills changes frequently as they often acquire new skills in time to come.

Thus I feel that I need to blog about his skills before I forget.

Currently his new skills are:
- hiss like a snake, accompanied with hand sign
- roar like a lion
- make sound of elephant and both hands act as elephant's trunck
- recgonise below body parts and point to them when being asked; nose, eyes, mouth, head, stomach and toes.
- hug daddy and mummy
- turn his cheeks to our mouth for kisses

That's all for the month of April. Looking forward for new skills to show off in the month of May.

We also recently discovered that when DW's mobile rings, Alaric will go take mummy's iPhone then find mummy and pass to her to answer the call!
WOW! We didn't teach him that... .. .
